12I ordered Net Dective on 09/12/2009. You advertise that it can help with ancestry. I have tried and tried, but nothing that displays shows anything about genalogy or ancestry.
So I want to make sure that you have not charged my account. Remember you say “90 day garuantee”. I would like to cancel.
And by the way I signed up for the Net Dective Plus. But guess what I didn’t get it. And I am not paying another $10 to upgrade.
I don’t need to look at criminal records or do a background check on anyone. I did look up a friend and you don’t have any of the information correct. So how accurate are you?
Please do not charge my card, or try to persuade me to stay on. The answer is no!
